Shipping policy:

Free worldwide shipping on all online orders.

Please note that in some countries they will add national taxes on the items that are shipped. OAKS & PHOENIX is not responsible for VAT or other cost that may be added to the items that are shipped.

Our estimated delivery time is:

Denmark: 1-3 business days

Europe: 2-5 business days

Rest of the world: 3-6 business days

Return policy:

For all purchases on our webshop we offer a 14 days free return service. You are entitled to exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received the package.

All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use OAKS & PHOENIX preserves the right to reject the return.

In case you need to return your purchase, please contact OAKS & PHOENIX at contact@oaksandphoenix.com with you order number and the reason why you want to return your purchased item. We will get back to you with the instructions for how to return the item to us.
